I've updated the logo associated with my remote support tool that's installed on your computer.

You'll find it in the systray (bottom right corner of the screen by the clock (sometimes it's hidden in the up arrow).

You can also use this to send me messages. Be aware that if I'm not currently connected to your computer you'll get an auto-reply and an E-mail will be automatically sent to me and I'll followup at my earliest convenience.
