Telephone Commands Reference
Here's some of the different commands I'll walk you thru typing:
- Start Menu | Run | Type "cmd" (no quotes) and hit <enter>
- ipconfig <enter>
- ipconfig /all <enter>
- ping x.x.x.x (I'll give you what will be in place of the x.x.x.x, but it will be in this format with 4 sets of numbers separated by periods) <enter>
- ping 8.8.8.8 <enter>
- ping google.com <enter>
- tracert 8.8.8.8
